There are many topics discussed by Mokyr in The Enlightened Economy that I did not get to in the review (as it went on too long anyway). One is the human capital side of the British Industrial Revolution. Luckily for me, this paper, co-authored by Mokyr and published in 2013, makes a great opportunity to dive into this.
